Needlearts Gallery offers the following Returns Policy:

We will do our best to work with you on any concerns regarding your order. Due to copyright restrictions, charts are not returnable. Un-used floss and fabric may be returned in sellable (no odors, stains, etc.) condition within 30 days. Please contact us for return instructions.

Shipping Policy

We do our very best to ship all orders within 14 days of receipt of your order. Generally, we will hold your order until all items from your order are available. In some circumstances, some items from your order may be backordered with our supplier and may not have an estimated arrival date. In these cases, we will contact you for your input.
