Gingerbread Church

Gingerbread Church counted cross stitch design in the Gingerbread Village series from The Victoria Sampler. Beautiful design from Victoria Sampler complements the Gingerbread House released last year and the Gingerbread Etui available directly from Victoria Sampler. Unlike the Gingerbread House, this piece is not lined so finishing will go much more quickly. With the church, you choose if you want the roof to be stitched on black linen or with the same gingerbread colored linen as the church walls.
The gingerbread colored linen is 28 ct Antique Almond Cashel linen. The black linen is 28 ct Black Cashel linen. 14" of the Antique Almond linen will be sufficient for the church walls if you allow 1" allowance for finishing on the sides of the pieces. 7" of black linen should be sufficient for the church roof. There are two accessory packs for this design which are sold separately. You will also need white DMC perle cotton #8 and white DMC perle cotton #12.
