Since these threads are not exact color matches, you must substitute the entire range. If you attempt to substitute individual threads within the range, you will likely be disappointed with the results.
Substitutions for the 2100 series of Needlepaints involving blending threads from the low 500's (500, 501, 502, 503, 504, 505) of DMC floss. You will have to decide on the blends that you like best to achieve substitutes for the six shades of Needlepaints.
